David, Doug, Company put out a typically uninformative PR. websmart.stocksmart.com:8810/ss-news/CX467640.html They sure don't seem to be anxious to get the stock price up! In any case, this is perfect case of "justice delayed, justice denied." IMO, the judge should refuse pay for evey day over 30 days it took him to rule on this no-brainer. Allan
