You mean like IE,netscape, or Opera?

If memory serves, if you launch a new browser window (IE) from the Quick Launch toolbar it opens a window to the msn webpage rather than the preinstalled interface that you use to sign on through. It's possible I installed a non-branded version of Internet Explorer so I wouldn't be forced to use MSN's. I didn't care for it. Managing favs from that page was a disaster.
