i don't know yet...but i've taken a closer look at Rydex...money fund assets dropped to a two year low yesterday, and bull fund assets increased dramatically in some cases. (that was responsible for the big 0,03 dive in the ratio). so there's an outbreak of bullishness there, motivated by i don't know what.
