i am not big on NUKO...but the reason for the post was to suggest to people that mgmt generally do not care for share holders

i like restructuring only when it is accompanied with a change in mgmt

i do my own due diligence...but all that have been posted are conjectures

call all the alliance partners (IR dept) of NUKO...and NUKO relationship is not even material to discuss for them

so in the future, Peter...avoid gettin personal with any posters...its to give new and old shareholders a balance view...there are ample evidence to suggest things are not right:

* form 144 filings
* earnings recognition (failing to use conservative guidelines---this should not be viewed strictly by blaming gordon; CFOs do not work alone; it wud have been better if the CEO got canned as well)
* alliance are also a dime a doesnt and have not provided funding
* restructuring with salary cuts and staff reduction (just ask yurself if you were mgmt whether you wud do this for shareholders)

i am taking a small shot...but earnings picture is vry hazy...if anyone wanted to invest in a company w/ excellent potential and poor track record of meeting expectations then we have alot to choose from

cheers

ps thx for yur posting...i search for anecdotal evidence for earnings growth ie. talking to alliance partners since now its their only avenue for earnings
