BOB,

My answer would be a definitive No. The only way Greenspan could inflate the market again is to pump an enormous amount of liquidity into it which would literally destroy the US dollar. It is my belief as well that the bear market will last through at least most of the year and possibly into next as I see the Nasdaq easily below 2000 by the end of the year and possibly over the next few months. I don't see the Nasdaq making it over 3050 again this year and the 4000 level is long gone for a few years. The problems of the stock markets excesses from the last few years have a ways to go to be relieved and extra liquidity won't solve the problem. I think the following link, a post from another site, puts some of the reasons in a well worded manner.
