I've always had a lot of leg flexibility. I can still touch my toes to my nose. My back flexibility is limited due to a body-surfing injury 25 years ago. I'm not in real bad shape for an old guy. I was at the bike shop and referred to myself this way (as an "old-guy"). The 17 year-old girl behind the counter didn't correct me. Sigh. It's kinda like the first time someone calls you "Sir". Or when you sun-burn the top of your head the first time.
