I'll pose real reform. Only individuals can contribute to campaigns or lobby the government. No lobbying by foreign persons or entities - they can access government through the State Department as originally intended. This is in harmony with the fact that only individuals are allowed to vote. This would give many more people the chance to have access to their elected officials. Politicians would say that they couldn't conduct a proper campaign and I would say "get your a$$es out of Washington and off of TV and start pounding the pavements".
