TA, My belief on the rate cut scenario only applies if the market stayed weak or gets weak.

Considering that the market has been coming back (at least for now), Greenspan can hold off on the cut a bit longer.

Maybe tomorrow or next week. Still thinks he will cut aggressively (intermeeting) if he sees investor sentiment continue to decline.
