Both 144s filed on June 3 were from the same insider ( the chief financial officer according to insider trader) and were both for 2500 shares each according to EDGAR. Previous 144s filings for 1997 were as follows;

May 1997: Chief Financial Officer sold 2500 shares.

March 1997: Two officers sold a total of 35000 shares . Transactions were for 15000 shares on Mar 10 and 20000 shares on March 6.

January 1997: One shareholder sold a total of 153,660 shares in two
transactions.
