Hi Ken - that is reasonable. I really don't see how the JDSU should cost NT to make another low today [although the close last night is a telltale sign] To me, people should be able to decipher the $500MM backend conditional between JDSU and NT in the Zurich sub deal to understand there should not be any LT effects [otherwise, NT would be foolhardy to offer such a condition!] Unfortunately, people simply ignore such implication and jump the gun and allow the bear to take the upper hand.
