I do not own ICN, but just posted this as a courtesy. Therefor, I can not answer your Q about the IPO.The basic current ratio seems healthy, why the secondary?

I have just started looking at ICN as a possible buy. Certainly, the price is nearing 52 wk lows and the P/E is low at 17. Even a yield(1.1%)! Wow for a biotech.

SP Reports has a AVIOD rating on it.
