No one wants this! However why is JTS's stock price down? Is it simply the market not valuing the stock correctly, if so there is no need to change the strike price of options since when the market correctly values the stock their options (hopefully) will be in the money. If the stock price is at this dismal level due to the incompetence of management etc? then why not force them climb out of the same hole I and presumable you, have to? Let's be realistic and if management feel they have to leave in a pout because they've screwed up the stock price so badly they can't get paid I say good riddance! Just my opinion, I believe as you do this company has a pretty fair chance of making it. But if they want their millions tell em to get to work! If the stock price goes up they win, if the stock price stays down they lose! I think that's fair.
