Analog Devices (ADI) 47.51 -0.59: Merrill Lynch analyst Joe Osha lowering near-term rating to NEUTRAL from ACCUMULATE; expects ADI to see a continued decline in net bookings when the company reports JanQ results later this week (Thursday); believes that distributors are becoming increasingly less willing to hold inventory given the uncertain demand environment.
