Letsee, now, we'll try applying our knowledge of the english language to these fine puffballs shot by that magic shop known as TRKR:

"Beginning in February 2001, Warrantech will offer to its
distribution channels,Tracker's confidential identification and recovery service."

Uh huh. So this isn't a sale, it's a promise to try to sell TRKR's stuff. That's fine, except no one -- INCLUDING WARRANTECH, WITH WHICH TRKR HAS DONE DEALS BEFORE -- has succeeded in making sales before. Maybe Warrantech will succeed this time. Good luck.

"This new service will reduce the risk of accidental loss or theft of product purchases".

Anyone care to explain that? TRKR might enchance the chance of recovery, but do you think it will deter thieves?

"In consideration for completing the agreement, Warrantech will be issued options to purchase 2 million Tracker common shares at $0.50 per share."

heh heh, that's my favorite. Here's a hint: Warrantech isn't going to buy until the stock price of TRKR is multiplied MORE THAN FIVE TIMES because only then will Warrantech's options be in the money. That means no upfront money for TRKR now. Which means this company that can't even pay its 10,000 back rent has got to survive and hope Warrantech or somebody comes up with sales.

Of course if Warrantech hopes this no-sales 5-year old fraud can be pumped above 50 cents, maybe it can!
