Highlight from CIBC note regarding the close of the acquisition of SDLI:

* We are reiterating our Strong Buy rating with a $60 price target on
JDS Uniphase after the close of its monumental acquisition of SDL. On the
conference call management explained makeup of the new company, including
new organization and management structure, as well as proforma guidance.
With this acquisition JDS clearly has the most diverse product portfolio and
customer breath in the industry.
