OK, I read it again.

"With Intel's anticipated revenue decline in Q2, we believe that the inventory correction in Europe is indeed significant, but not the only contributing factor. Inte;'s recent guidance translates to a revenue shortfall of $300-$650 milliions sequentially from March quarter. GIven thatIntel's sales in Europe totaled 1.8 million in the March quarter, we find it difficult to believe that the company could be experiencing revenue decline the magnitutde of $650 million in that geograophy alone."

It still sounds to me that the analyst is questioning Intel's explanation that Europe's slowdown is to blame and hinting that there may be more behind this than Intel disclosed..
