As Art Cashin says, we managed to avoid, a St Valentine's day Massacre in the NDX.......

much of tech is really quite oversold. It's possible that stocks like JNPR, BRCD, BRCM, BEAS,AMAT,VRTS
may have just put in trading lows that will prompt a continued rally in them for several days, or even
a week or so???

just speculating ..............
