Hi Tom. Happened to be in the library last month and went to look at value line. Lo and behold the library has access to internet version with the screener capability. Library card holders can go to the library's home page and use the screener from home. Check with your local library. I looked at most timely stocks with price to book less than 3. Wasn't impressed and felt the so called timely stocks were already inflated. Do you know if the V/L claims of outperforming the S@P over 20 years have ever been verified by independent sources. From the number 1's I saw that would be hard for me to believe.
