Just spoke with IR...MSFT converted their original investment back in Feb 98 to common shares. Looks like they are slightly diminishing their position...not adding.

Also...the Fidelity/Onstar announcement is good news as long as people use the VA service. The bottom line is that ANY VA useage for any reason gets routed through the GMGC hosting center...which we get paid for.

Gina said that if you use the VA content, they get the benefit through hosting. So, looks like we need to hope for more and more strategic partners for Onstar as the better the services they offer, the more $ GMGC makes as useage will go up.

Call IR for yourselves....very helpful.
