I did note, but forgot to mention, that, influenced by our chat yesterday, you are doing meat loaf tonight. Are you making it in a heart shape, which would be pretty easy to do, or putting red food coloring in it, which might not be so attractive as it sounds?
Do you do your meat loat in a pan, or on a sheet? For nearly 20 years my wife did hers in meat loaf pans, and no matter how much butter or Pam or anything we used there was a horrible pan to clean out, until I finally persuaded her to do what I had done before the marriage (I was a bachelor for many years before I succumbed to lust -- oops, I mean love, of course) and simply put aluminum foil on a baking sheet, shape the loaf on it, and bake it. About a year ago she finally gave in and tried it, and now you wouldn't get her to go back for anything (except maybe a live in maid to do all the dishes -- she would do almost anything for that!)
But if you do do it on a sheet, it would be trivial to mold it in a heart shape.
