Tommaso,

I'm aware of a couple of issues which should be checked before investing in Dundee Precious Metals (TSE:DPM.A).

First, the manager owns all three thousand Common shares of DPM, and may be able to block any liquidation proposal. The publicly traded shares and warrants are Class A.

Second, shareholders last year approved a management proposal to allow investments in a single company in excess of 10% of the assets of DPM. Dundee could become a holding company for Canadian gold mining penny stocks rather than a CEF.

I've never had more than a cursory look at the company, but investors should research the above rather than just looking at the large discount.

Cheers,
John
