Of course let this fact not be lost on us all:

PSIX has the uncanny ability to do exactly the opposite of what we would expect and what conventional wisdom would dictate.

So I am still not ruling out bankruptcy(even though it's the last thing I would wish for). My reasoning? Simply because it looks less likely that it will happen now, which means Schrader is more likely to do the exact opposite and surprise us w/ a bankruptcy announcement 5 minutes after the TNS sale.
