i say clinton will never rent space in harlem either. he began to lay the ground work for that yesterday when he was heard saying to the gathered reporters as he shook hands and smiled, "i told them if they could put the lease together, i'd rent the space". bingo. there's the excuse... they couldn't put the lease together. he will not spend one day in an office in harlem. he is using the residents of harlem to make himself look good. see if i'm not right.
