<My vote is also negative. They have yet to meet their own expectations> I sure agree. I'm a commission sales rep with bogie numbers. My manager often says Sales are down? No problem, you set your numbers too high, competition is brutal this year, the economy is bad etc, We'll reduce your target numbers so you won't lose any money or suffer any hardship. I know you'll keep working hard and the people who own the company will certainly go to sleep happy that you are safe and secure and have not suffered unduly for your poor results. Remember also we don't want you to leave our company as we doubt we'll be able to find another sales rep as bad as you. Seriously I'm all for management/workers getting a fair share for their efforts. I'm also for shareholders getting a fair share also. So far it looks like management is making a lot more from this stock than I am!
