I tend to disagree, I think Tech rallies dow sells for alitlle rotation. Markets seem to be stabilizing and VIX in no mans land. Until VIX hits >20 I think the market will rally through rotation. I am beginning to think the down is over for now. bought QQQ's yesterday for a trade.
