Bosco just want to emphasize that it's not a matter of price. if lu dropped another 30% - that's less than 4 points - it will still not be a buy. only if all top management is replaced; that's Schacht and 4 or 5 others; and replaced by a top fiber optic pro and his own crew. only then will it be a buy. if that doesn't happen lucent will go bankrupt.
