Now that this thread is stirring, I wonder if anyone can shed light on a casual statement I saw perhaps two months ago? No longer have the link, but some Net investment 'zine mentioned ICN's original plan to split into four -- I am pretty sure it was four -- companies, and mentioned that one nasty problem was the stock of one of the resulting companies would not be tradable in the U.S. That was it; no details were given. Can anyone share more about this?
