Stop being melodramatic, Freeflight. I'll list for you some of the key executives still around: John Chambers (the best CEO in the world), Mike Volpi (the most successful acquisitions strategist in the world), Kevin Kennedy (one hell of a salesman and leader), Pete Solvik (the CIO that Internet enabled most internal processes and enabled Cisco to generate 90% of all revenues over the Internet; also the CIO that other CIO's wish they were), Sue Bostrom (the most sought after consultant to the fortune 500's CEOs and executives), Larry Carter (the CFO who invented the 3 hour close of books at quarter end), and a host of others (http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/750/execs/senior_staff.html).

Then look at who's on the B.O.D.: Jerry Yang, John Morgridge, and Carly Fiorina, just to name the most famous.

Please, your due diligence was non-existent on this one. Cisco has the most depth and breadth of leadership of any company around. Not only that, but those leaders are the most respected in the industry. There just are no viable comparisons. That why the mutual funds invest billions of dollars with Cisco.
