INIS: only what I quickly reviewed this morning. 'Cure' is a bit strong; it's nuclear medicine that has some success killing cancerous cells. Looks like it's shedding unprofitable functions and a CEO, trying to better last qtr's worse-per-share outcome. And I guess earnings are close.

I tend to shy from unknowns, from most penny stocks, and from companies shedding CEOs until fresh results demonstrate a change for the better.

Sorry I can't add more to what you probably already know.
