It's usually a good sign in a thinly traded high-earnings growth stock like this. I must've seen it a dozen times - a thinly traded stock picks up substantial volume, then the spread compresses right before it takes off. Not to imply in any way that'll happen in this case, but that's been my observation in several prior cases.

I look at my purchase of KVHI like this: I personally think that mobile internet is going to be hugely important in a 2 - 5 year time frame. KVHI is well-positioned to be an important player in that market. So, in that sense, it's a story stock. If that part of it doesn't work out, you're also buying a company that looks good on an earnings and fundamental basis.
