Souze, tough to say. Lots of institutional sales,
but at the same time lots of "accumulation" alerts as well.

We know Schraders nest got dumped(Bank of America??) and we know Broadwing dumped millions on the market and is probably in the process of dumping more, and we know Janus dumped a bunch too.

Question is, who if anyone is buying those shares....

Good point about financial times. That is a little odd. As well, they had to talk to someone at Psinet(I would assume) who was in the know. Why disclose the current price, but little else?

As far as BK, I would assume(big Assume here) that we're a step further away from that. Cash is reportedly enough to finance ops. into mid 2002,so thats 1+ year to turn their act around.

As well, the sheer fact that they're willing to part w/the "gem of their non-core assets" shows(to me) that they'll do what it takes to stay out of BK court. If ch. 11 was their plan all along, why sell your 2nd or 3rd best business for a loss? Why not go ahead and file, restructure and reorganize, keep all your "gem" businesses and emerge months/years later profitable.

Perhaps that's faulty reasoning but who knows. Guess we'll all see pretty soon.
