I don't believe free market ideology. I don't believe that let by itself there won't be any crsis in global capitalism. If I believed that then I'd have to believe in efficient markets and I know they are not.

But we don't need moral hazards and constant bailouts. You can't remove the risk factor from investing even if the investor is an international banker or giant hedge fund.
