They are the one's paying themselves before they pay PFER payroll, let alone any debtors or the landlord. And after they pay themselves, I heard little is left for anyone else. Did you know that the CEO of Catalyst is also the CEO at USAN? And the CEO of USAN is also the same board member representing PFER's new york investor? And that the CEO of Catalyst is also the same one controlling PFER's money? I heard that even the PFER lawyer and ex-president are suing for unpaid bills or loans. Looks like Catalyst convinced PFER's Israeli investor to make PFER pay for its own demise. And guess who the major investors in USAN are? I was told that during one company meeting, Calderone stated that the NY investor did not even have the proper broker licenses when he snagged the early investors a year ago.
