I am not sold on the AAII numbers. Just yesterday I heard they were 56% and today they are 30%? Seems strange doesn't it?

As for the commercial shorts, as you've said before the more important number may be the small spec position which is almost never on the right side. When we are talking sentiment, thats where I look along with Rydex.

That being said, I am willing to accept that the low next week may just be a retest of the January lows.
