HOMS sample Complaint to the SEC :: Dear Staff at Enforcement , I wanted to dierct your attention tto very unusual activity involving HOMS, the scumsucking stock from hell Very Large Orders and Buyeres came in to HOMS stock over the last few days, despite Huge insider sales being registered daily and despite a very weak market environment this entire week. It is clearly obvious that many people knew of the Dept of Justice Decision to clear HOMS prior to todays press release, and engaged in Insider Trading..I would like to also direct the SEC to the large Call purchase activity preceding this release. By the WAY does teh SEC know that knowone like HOMESTORE.com,,it is a retarded idea since most homes are sold before ever being listed on HOMS and mnost Homes on their site are already sold, or have something wrong with them
