the 56% were from last week's poll. the 30% number is the latest. the poll is conducted every week, and the new result came out today.

true, we have to see what the COTs look like tonight. if the small spec position is unperturbed, the medium term outlook for the market remains bleak.

but the market outlook is a composite of all the evidence...the bears have just lost one of the arrows in their quiver.
