That's really a lot more positive than I was expecting. I'm really anxious to see what the P4 does on 0.13 micron and with DDR. With SDRAM it's going to be a dead fish because it was designed in such a way that it requires memory bandwidth...

So is there any word whether or not Northwood is simply a dumb shrink of Willamette or whether or not they've enhanced the core at all? (Tualatin doesn't appear to be a dumb shrink of coppermine... so that begs the question).

Also, did anyone see the overclocking fest at Sharky's on the P4? It looks like the P4 bus has a lot of room to increase in speed...
