Better call up Samsung, Panasonic, Ultralife, Toshiba et al and let y them know about your concerns before they take a license. You mean they still haven't?? (I seem to recall you implied in a similar manner that this was imminent quite some time ago.) Could it be that there's actually some truth to these comments? "[T]he technology Valence claims it will license to its rivals -- was tried years ago "in the early days " of rechargeable portable batteries, one industry exec says, "and we could not take that to high-speed manufacturing." It's unclear if there is technology that hasn't been tried as part of that deal. But if there is and it's really that good, wouldn't Bellcore have licensed it? Not to worry, I'm sure VLNC's business with Globalstar will see it through. One other question: Do you know what the "1981 Kara Ann Berg Trust" is?
