Duane, Porker Pass....<g> Who said the days of 20% markups are over? Wish I had a boat load of slowing techs and semis to sell them this week like you do! I can't believe the markups you are getting! Alan Greenspan was absolutely right. We really didn't need a rate cut. There is still a lot of loose money getting thrown around. Anyway, it's the best of all worlds......if this is a sudden turn in sentiment and techs are going to go screaming back to 3000 based on fluff then you can always buy them back when the gaps fill.....or throw a dart, buy whatever hasn't rallied yet.....lol! Love momentum, don't you? It's pure IE. This just proves again to me that FA does not matter. It never has and I bet it never will. E
