How do you think they make good on their promises? Tax dollars that's how. As long as 1/3 of the GDP is up for grabs there are going to be people doing whatever it takes to grab it. How can you be so naive to believe that passing more laws is going to stop that? Politicians are flagrantly breaking the current laws WITHOUT ANY REPROCUSSIONS!!!. Why in the world do you believe they'll start obeying the new laws?
