Glenn and Hugh, what you guys are saying about no announcement makes perfect sense, IMHO. Karen from IR essentially told me the same thing two months ago. She reminded me that Ampex is the <supplier> and, thus is in the position of having very little ability to say <anything> about their supplying KM to a particular customer, if that customer wants its KM (and especially now KM/MR) advantage to be kept confidential. Further, from a straight business policy standpoint AXC, or any company for that matter, is obviously under NO obligation to make proclamations about their confidential or internal business arrangements, contracts, etc. I know it's been hard for me to remember this, at times. But, nonetheless, I believe that as you guys and Gus are implying: a focus on earnings increases should tell the story.
Incidentally, Hugh - I concur with the chart and tea-leaf reading! I especially like the part abt the $80 price!!! Let's hope, pray, do incantations (sp?), or whatever to try to get it to happen!!
