Maybe Clinton liked the guy? Contrary to all the BS coming out of Congress, the prez doesn't need much more reason than that to make a pardon.

Who cares? John Hinckley was the distraction that allowed Reagan to break the budget in 1981. Are they going to slip the next budget buster in underneath this BS?
