10:25AM EDT 20 3/8 - 20 1/2 2.6Million shares. Looks like failure to penetrate 21 1/2 resistance level has led to the last million shares to be traded down, probably day traders (profit taking) who were disappointed on non-announcement and lower buying volume today, so far.
