It's not often that I see someone revel in a company's misfortunes the way you do. Didn't you work for verity once upon a time? Do you hold a grudge against them for some reason? I think it's useful for the people on this thread to know where you are coming from. I am not necessarily questioning your conclusions, just your objectivity.
