| | Bcrafty and EVERYBODY, Drbob established the rules for the contest, so he would be final word on deadline. I would suggest though that all entries be in by opening bell Monday. Hopefully, the heavy hitters like Flack, Fly, Phoenix, MFN, Newport, Tommy, (and I know I'm leaving out some great stock pickers out there - gee this is just like the Academy awards_ can have time this weekend to determine and submit their picks.
The important thing about this contest is that it is all JUST FOR FUN. Nobody's reputation is going to be ruined by picking a dud. Most of the people around here daytrade which has a whole different set of dynamics than this basic position trade.
What the contest is really saying is what stocks are really going to move in the next month or so.
As for the percentage pick, I think Drbob is just saying, you must pick a stock over $10. Let's interpret that to be that it has to be over $10 now. |
