The usual blame the economy stuff -- when things are good it is because they are executing well, when they get bad it is because of the economy. Cwap. We're supposed to get 3 days of up in the NDX before it falls, not just 2 and pfftt! How is one supposed to short this thing when rules aren't being followed! <g>
