Guiliani will no doubt continue the harassment of Clinton as long as he can if for no other than to show that he controls everything in NYC and nothing happens without his approval. Gov. Pataki also tried to jab Clinton by offering him space in some state owned building, probably a state highway garage. I think if you could review the video you will hear Clinton say, upon leaving the Harlem bdlg. after a tour, that he hoped things could be worked out. The building's landlord knew the bldg. was leased and it is he who is making the the offers to the city, er Guiliani. This link will bring you up to date....
