tell me what you think about this crazy idea.
i was looking at some companies that have been very volatile, but for the most part, companies that i could live with for the next few years. these companies have some serious premiums on the leaps.
look at IMNX, jan 03. IMNX trades around 30,,,premium for jan 03 strike at 30 is 15. that's about 50% return in a little under 2 years. it also gives you 50% cushion in a lousy market for the next 2 years.
same with SCMR, JNPR, BRCM, CMRC, NTAP, CRA....all of them give at the money return of darn near 50% and some of them return more than 50% for jan 03 target.
i'm not saying all those companies will survive....but look over them and give me some thoughts about this crazy move.
there may others with such nice hefty premiums,,,but i can't think of any off the top of my head. perhaps,,there's an easier way to search them out that you guys know of. |
