TORONTO, Feb 15, 2001 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- Heritage Concepts
International Inc.'s (HCI) (TSE:HCI) wholly owned subsidiary, Platinum
Intermedia, Inc. an ASP (Application Service Provider) that brings cutting-edge
content and e-commerce services for radio stations of all genres, has signed a
customer service agreement with KJAK-FM 92.7 Christian Radio in Lubbock, Texas.

Platinum Intermedia will install on KJAK's website, www.KJAK.com, as a part of
Platinum Intermedia's host of services, a complete branded e-commerce platform,
at no cost to the radio station. In addition, Platinum Intermedia has agreed to
utilize their custom design solutions to recreate the look, feel and navigation
of KJAK's site.

Platinum Intermedia will install on the radio station's website a complete
branded e-commerce platform to allow visitors seamless online shopping. The
radio station will advertise the website frequently throughout the day directing
traffic to the site. Until the local industry e-commerce business is in full
operation, Platinum Intermedia is able to provide its website customers over
20,000 premium commercial grade products from respected brand name manufacturers
in the US, Pacific Rim and Europe, including all inventory, warehousing,
fulfillment, financial transactions and customer service. In exchange it pays
the radio station a percentage of revenues it receives from the e-commerce
sales. This turnkey e-commerce allows the station website to earn commissions
from every sale without investing capital, staff or technical resources. It can
customize the e-commerce package to include the radio station's existing
products and products tailored for their audience or format.
