Charles,

Myself, I think salaries should be based on performance. If they can deliver the goods for the company an make the dream become a reality, then give it to them within reason. After all, they are the ones putting in the 20 hr. days an 7 day weeks. They are the ones chasing down the investors an customers an putting it all together an in a lot of cases, their own money.;-)))))
